​Raised in North Texas, Caitlin spent recent years in Celina before settling in Denison with her husband, Matt. She comes to real estate from a background in commercial lending and financial technology, with a Bachelor​'s in Business Management and Accounting from Northwood University. She is licensed in Texas and currently working toward her Oklahoma license.

Caitlin has always had a passion for real estate, which started with personally finding her own first home in Celina and grew when she found the home she now shares with Matt. Along the way she also gained hands-on experience with rental and investment properties.

Broken Bow holds a special place in Caitli​n's heart. Matt, Caitlin, and Todd (their spunky Pomeranian) go every chance they get, spend every Christmas there, and it​'s where Matt proposed. They​'ve purchased their first lot there and plan to build within the next year.

Her own home-buying journeys, plus a love of Broken Bow, made clear that real estate wasn​'t just a transaction to her. It was where her analytical strengths and her passion for helping people met.
