Let me first be exceptionally clear, I am the kind of client/customer I assume most realtors dread working with. I want a whole lot for very little, I shop my own listings, I call/text all hours of the day/night, I have a ton of questions, I'm massively impatient, and when I do get to view a house, I usually don't follow the agents tour. I needed acreage, no HOA, limited neighbors, but close to town, out buildings, no fixer-uppers, the home had to have a quirky personality, and it had to be ridiculously, wildly cheap. A huge ask especially in this market/economy.Cory had all of the time for me and never made me feel like I was bothersome. He was open, honest, and transparent. Buying a house in this outrageous sellers’ market was quite an undertaking. Through this tumultuous experience, Sean was both the guiding north star as well as a calming rock of a dude.
